Available Classes
We offer several educational opportunities to our customers, including the NRA Home Firearm Safety Course (This class meets the requirements for MA LTC training), Firearms Familiarization, Pistol Marksmanship, Firearms Cleaning and Maintenance.
NRA Home Firearms Safety
This class provides students with the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for the safe handling and storage of firearms and ammunition in the home, as well as a basic understanding of State and Local laws pertaining to firearms. The class consists of four hours of hands on instruction where students will learn safe handling, loading, unloading, as well as care and storage of several firearms and a basic overview of Massachusetts firearms law. This course meets the requirements for applicants to receive a Massachusetts FID card or LTC.

Firearms Familiarization $50 per student
This course is a live fire introduction to firearms use. Students will receive approximately one hour of range time with an instructor in a one on one environment. Students will be given basic instruction on a pistol, a revolver, and a rifle. This course is designed to give students a safe and fun first range trip experience, and is not recommended for those with shooting experience.

Pistol Markmanship $80 Per Lesson
This training is for beginner to intermediate shooters who wish to improve their marksmanship skills. A unique lesson plan will be developed for each student based on their needs and desired results. Potential topics are defensive/practical shooting, speed and accuracy building, and effective training and drills. Firearms and ammunition are not included for this class. We recommend that students have their own firearm to ensure consistency and build muscle memory, however we will provide a firearm and ammunition at addition cost if the student wishes.

Firearms Cleaning and Maintenance $100 Per Student
This course provides new shooters with the skills necessary to maintain their firearms. Cleaning and maintenance are required to keep firearms in working order and to protect the investment we've made in purchasing them. We recommend that students do not take this course until they have purchased their first firearm in order for us to teach them the specifics of their particular firearm.
This class is one on one and custom tailored to each students firearm, topics include assembly and disassembly, cleaning and lubrication, and storage. A basic cleaning kit will be provided to each student at no additional cost.
